What types of parts do you use for repairs?

We use high-quality, original manufacturer parts whenever possible to ensure the best performance and longevity for your appliance. If original parts are unavailable, we source reliable aftermarket parts that meet or exceed industry standards.

Yes, we offer a warranty on all our repairs. Parts are covered for 90 days, and labor is guaranteed for 30 days.

Most repairs require two visits. During the first visit, we perform a thorough diagnosis and provide an estimate. If you approve the estimate, we order the necessary parts, which usually arrive within 2–3 days. On the second visit, we complete the repair. However, in many cases, repairs can be successfully completed during the first visit if no parts need to be ordered.

We repair most major brands and models of household appliances, including high-end brands. However, we do not service certain stackable units (washers/dryers) or specific models like Samsung and LG refrigerators.

The cost depends on the specific issue and parts required. We provide a detailed estimate after diagnosing the problem, and the $99 diagnostic fee is deducted from the total repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
